Hello, Pearson Peacocks!
My name is Ashley McMahon, and I am a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Pearson ECS. This will be my fifth year working at the Early Childhood level in Plano ISD, and my third year at Pearson ECS. I am so excited to work with your students this year!
I discovered my passion for helping others in my career during my undergraduate studies at New Mexico State University. With that dream in mind, I continued my education at the University of Texas at Dallas, where I earned my Master's degree in Communication Disorders. My time in graduate school showed me my love for interacting with early speech and language learners.
During my free time, I enjoy reading, playing with my dog, and trying out new restaurants with my husband. I also love to visit my hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico!
